Fresh Air Interview with Paul Watson

This interview with Terri Gross and Paul Watson is a perfect example of how a photograph functions as an artifact of poltical, social, cultural and personal experience and consequences.

I do not expect you to view the images he speaks of, however, you will listen to the entire interview and be prepared to ask/discuss and engage in conversation in class on Monday, October the 8th.

Alright, so I might have some household names for you all but just in case I'm throwing them out there. Robert and Shana Parke-Harrison. I have loved their work for years. Yet, their new color work is almost too obviously digitally altered. Their older bag of tricks works really well called, "The Architect's Brother." Multiple medium usage with set design and painting. (even though some digital alterations might have occured) Beautiful work.
